Resort Policies
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and additional charges apply.
- It is mandatory to present an address with valid government-issued photo identification for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at the time of check-in.
- Confirmation against 100% advance payment.
- Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the payment/Voucher
- Rates quoted are non-commissionable.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupee per room per night.
Check- in / Check- out Policies
- Two children up to 5 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis.
- Child aged 6-12 yrs., Child aged above 12 yrs. and extra adult on chargeable basis.
Child Policy
- In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
- Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 15 days & full retention for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival
- Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
- Photo-shoot can be done only on chargeable basis.
- All rooms are Non smoking
- Please note that loud music is not permitted in public areas of the resort. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment in the surrounding areas.
